Return/Refund Policy

GRIBOV LLC is committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. This Refund/Return Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or returns are processed for our services.

1. Cancellation Rights

  • Clients have the right to cancel their contract with GRIBOV LLC within three (3) business days from the date of the agreement.

  • To cancel, clients must send a written notice to GRIBOV LLC before midnight of the third business day.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • GRIBOV LLC offers a 100% refund guarantee if the client does not double the number of organic inbound leads within the first 40 days of coaching, subject to the following conditions:

  • Clients must provide evidence of the number of organic inbound leads prior to coaching.

  • All recommendations and tasks provided by the Company during the service period must be followed.

  • Clients must watch 100% of the lessons and course materials on the platform.

  • Clients must show up on all 1:1 calls with their coach and participate in all suggested group calls.

  • Refund requests that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

  • To request a refund, clients should contact GRIBOV LLC with written notice, including relevant evidence for refund eligibility as per the terms.

4. Non-Refundable Services

  • In cases where clients do not meet the specified criteria for a refund, the services and engagement are non-refundable.

  • Additional non-refundable items may include any supplementary materials or services provided outside the standard coaching package.

5. Processing Refunds

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within a certain number of days (e.g., 30 days) following the receipt of the refund request and verification of eligibility.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.

6. Modifications to Policy

  • GRIBOV LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund/Return Policy at any time.

  • Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the company’s website or communication to clients.
